returns
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 10% applies. If the item is not returned in its’ original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
custom orders
We do not accept cancellations on custom or personalized orders. In addition, because of the nature of these items, they can’t be returned or exchanged. The only exception to this is if these orders arrive damaged or defective.
